Start Journey with Salesforce
Salesforce is an American cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management ( CRM ) services. Also, they provide a complementary suite of enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application.
What mean by CRM?
Customer relationship management (CRM) is the combination of practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. The main goal is to improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
Where to practice salesforce technology?
So for that, they have a website called Trailhead. All the materials for the salesforce technology are available there. For example, if we want to get the certificates for the salesforce we need to go with trailhead and do the relevant modules and do the certificate more successfully. There have some certificates that need to be done in the early stages.
Before the certificates doing there have a couple of roles in the salesforce technology. They are,
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Architect
- Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Marketer
- Salesforce Consultant
- Salesforce Designer
These are the roles that have in salesforce. So each of these roles there has certificates to do for learning skills development. For salesforce people, it's really important to maintain a trailblazer account in public to showcase the technologies that you learn.
